摘要
研究了几种脱除苯乙烯-共轭二烯烃共聚物中镍/铝加氢催化剂(简称M)方法对金属脱除率(R_e)的影响,同时研究了H_2O_2用量、HCl用量、癸二酸(SA)用量、SA溶剂及温度对Re的影响。结果表明,HCl的加入能够明显提高R_e,尤其是在聚合物黏度较大时效果更加明显。当H_2O_2/M(摩尔比)为5~15、HCl/M(摩尔比)为3~8、SA/M(摩尔比)为1.5~2.0、二乙二醇单丁醚/H_2O(体积比)为65/35、反应温度为50℃时,R_e较高。
Effects of the removal method of nickel/aluminum hydrogenation catalyst (simplified as M) of styrene-conjugated diene copolymers on the removal efficiency (Re) were investigated, and the effects of amount of H2O2, HCl and sebacic acid (SA) , solvent of SA and reaction temperature on Re were also studied. The results showed that the Ro was improved obviously by the addition of HCl, especially in the polymer solution with high viscosity. The Re was high when H2O2/M (mole ratio) was 5 - 15, HCl/M(mole ratio) was 3- 8, SA/M(mole ratio) was 1.5 - 2.0, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether/H2O(volume ratio) was 65/35 and the reaction temperature was 50 %.
