变电站构架多支管空间节点有限元分析

摘要 文章以220kV风帆式联合构架变电站的多支管空间节点为背景,对节点进行了非线性有限元分析。在有限元分析中,对于2种荷载工况,研究了节点在1.5倍各工况设计荷载下的力学性能,分别得出节点在2种工况下应力云图、位移云图、荷载-位移曲线、破坏形式及极限承载力。结果表明,节点各区域应力均未超过材料的屈服强度,节点并无明显变形,节点在各工况下的极限承载力富余较大,节点设计安全合理。 Nonlinear finite element analysis was carried out on the joint, with the background of 220kV sail united substation framework engineering. With regard to 2 load conditions, mechanical performance of the joint under 1.5 times the design load of each load condition was researched in the finite element analysis. The stress nephogram, displacement nephogram, load--displacement curve, failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the joint under 2 conditions were obtained. The results showed that the stress of each region of the joint didn't exceed the yield strength of the material, and there was no obvious deformation. The ultimate bearing capacity of the joint in each load condition was larger and the joint was designed safely and reasonably.
