摘要
建立了柴油机冷却系统散热量闭环模型,提出了一种新型的热管理技术,实现自动调节冷却系统的冷却能力。在实验室模拟柴油机最高负荷工况,运用网络总线进行信号的实时采集和散热量的计算。
A closed-loop model of heat dissipating capacity for diesel engine is established, and a new type of thermal management technology is proposed to achieve the automatic adjustment of the cooling capacity of the cooling system. The diesel engine maximum load condition is simulated in laboratory, and the real-time signal is collected and the heat dissipating capacity is calculated.
