摘要
车轴生产线选用先进的快锻设备、配置双操作机生产车轴。介绍了10 MN快速锻造液压机在重载车轴生产线中的应用,并进行了较全面的快锻PLC道次控制方案设计,通过STEP7软件实现硬件组态配置和编程。该系统已应用于实际生产,表明PLC全自动控制方案能完全满足车轴工艺要求。
The high speed oil hydraulic forging machine, double manipulators and advanced production process were used in the heavy load axle production line. Based on the 10 MN high speed oil hydraulic forging machine, a more comprehensive fast forging PLC passes control program was designed, and the hardware constitution and program design through the STEP7 software were finished, This system had been used in the practical production. The results show PLC full-automatic fast forging control scheme can absolutely meet the technical requirements.
