空气源冷热水热泵系统低温启动特性试验研究

摘要 对采用变频压缩机的空气源冷热水热泵系统在低环境温度下的启动性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:在低环境温度下长期放置的热泵机组重新启动时存在抽真空现象,导致系统因低压保护而启动失败;可通过控制压缩机启动初始频率及节流元件的初始开度达到热泵机组在低环境温度下顺利启动的目的。 Studies the start-up performance of an air-source cold and hot water heat pump system using variable frequency compressor at low ambient temperature. The results show that there is a vacuum phenomenon during the restarting of the heat pump unit when the heat pump unit stops at low ambient temperature for a long time, which results in the start-up failure of the system because of low voltage protection, and the heat pump unit can be successfully restarted at low ambient temperature by controlling the initial frequency of the compressor and the initial opening of the throttle element.
