摘要
采用1 000 W单模光纤激光器对1 mm厚的5052铝合金进行焊接,对激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量三因素进行正交试验,得到最佳工艺参数为功率900 W,焊接速度100 mm/s,离焦量2 mm。对焊接接头进行拉升试验,结果表明,最佳工艺参数条件下焊接强度达到282 MPa,达到母材强度的72%。进一步对焊缝截面进行分析,焊缝完全熔透、内部无气孔且无材料缺失的情况下,焊接接头强度最高。
The 1 kW fiber laser of single mode was used to weld the 5052 aluminium alloy with 1 mm thickness.The orthogonal experiment with three element of laser power,welding speed,defocusing amount was designed,and the best process parameter was the power of 900 W,welding speed of 100 mm/s,and the defocusing amount of 2 mm.The results of the tensile tests showed that the highest tensile strength is 282MPa,achieves to 72%of that of the base metal.The cross section of the joints showed that full-penetration,no blowhole and no lack of materials,the strength of welded joint is the highest.
