摘要
本文以湖北省32所民办高校的调查数据为依据,采用探索性因子分析法构建了民办高校图书馆员的胜任素质模型,并用验证性因子分析法对模型的合理性进行了检验,探讨了模型在馆员选拔、培训、考核和晋升四个方面的运用。研究发现,民办高校图书馆员胜任素质模型包括人格特质维、服务意识维、知识维和技能维四个维度17个胜任要素。
According to the survey data from 32 private colleges in Hubei province, this paper constructs the librarian competency model of private college by the method of exploratory factor analysis, verifies the rationality of the model by the method of confirma- tory factor analysis, and discusses the applications of the model in librarian's selection, training, assessment and promotion. The re- suits show that the model is composed of 4 dimensions including the interpersonal feature dimension, the service consciousness di- mension, the knowledge dimension and the technical ability dimension, and includes 17 elements of competency.
