摘要
本文以供热系统中的板式换热器和二次侧输配能耗为研究对象,以降低板式换热器二次侧流动阻力损失、减少循环泵能耗为目标。以供热系统相关理论为基础,研究了间接连接供热系统二次侧动力分散的方式;同时,对某换热站进行了动力分散改造。对比分析改造前后运行电耗数据得出,在供暖效果相同的情况下,节能改造后比节能改造前水泵输配电耗下降了约29%。本文研究结果具有一定的理论与实践意义,可作为类似节能改造的参考。
The paper studies the plate heat exchanger and secondary distribution energy consumption in the heating system to reduce the secondary side energy resistance loss of the plate heat exchanger and the circulating pump's energy consumption. Based on relevant theories of heat system,the paper studies the secondary side energy distribution methods of indirectly connected heating system and also conducts energy distribution transformation on a heat transfer station. By comparing the power consumption data before and after the transformation,the paper concludes that with the same heating effects,the pump distribution's energy consumption has dropped by 29%after the transformation. The results of this study have certain theoretical and practical significance and can provide reference for similar energy-saving solutions.
