摘要
针对江西某制药厂的化学合成类制药废水的特性,采用芬顿氧化+A/O+生物接触氧化的主体工艺进行处理。在调试45 d之后,工艺运行稳定,对稳定运行阶段的检测结果显示,处理出水COD、氨氮、总磷分别为80、5、0.5 mg/L左右,总去除率分别达到了97%以上、95%以上、90%以上,满足《化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21904—2008)。
According to the characteristics of the chemical synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory in Jiangxi Province, the main process of Fenton oxidation + A/O + biological contact oxidation was adopted. The treatment process shows stability in operation after 45 days of commissioning, the effluent COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus concentration are stable at about 80 rag/L, 5 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L respectively and the total removal rates reach more than 97%, 95% and 90% respectively. The final effluent meet the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Indus- try Chemical Synthesis Products Category (GB 21904 -2008 ).
