摘要
随着电力市场化改革,自备电厂为实现利益最大化,作为转供电源为企业用户提供电能,电网为其提供输电服务,电厂和用户需承担电能在输送过程中造成的损耗。Shapley值分摊法可以解决电能在传输中该分摊的损耗,既考虑了市场成员在集体中的作用,对交叉项进行了合理的分摊,同时又可为市场和用户提供经济鼓励信号。但当系统存在多交易时,因交易联盟个数过多而导致无法用Shapley值分摊法计算,对此采用双边Shapley值分摊法来解决实际电网由于交易个数过多造成的组合"爆炸"问题。实例计算结果表明,该方法和传统Shapley值分摊法分摊结果接近,而计算量大大减少,在工程计算中可作为Shapley值分摊法的近似解,解决了自备电厂因转供造成的网损分摊问题。
With the reform of electric power market, self-generation power plant as the transfer power supply of users to provide power for the grid users to maximize the benefits, the power grid provides transmission services, power plants and users should bear the loss caused by the electricity transmission in the process. Shapley value allocation method can solve the power transmission in the allocation of loss, considering the role of market members in the collective, reasonable allocation of cross terms, while provides economic signals to the market and the user. However, when there are many transactions in the system, resulting in a number of transactions too much and can not be calculated with the Shapley value. This article uses the bilateral Shapley value allocation method to solve the actual system because of the excessive number of transactions and the combination of explosion problem. The engineering example shows that this method is close to the traditional Shapley value sharing engineering calculation, it can be results, and the computation is greatly reduced. In the regarded as the approximate solution of Shapley value.
