摘要
通过力学性能检测和金像显微研究发现Zr含量对ZL203组织和性能有很大影响。通过比较Zr加入量在0%,0.04%,0.08%,0.12%,0.16%的变化,发现Zr含量在0.08%时候晶粒最细,在0.12%力学性能达到峰值,随后下降。
It is founded that the change of Zr has a great influence on the properties and mierostrueture of ZL203 through mechanical property test and optical microscope research, when the contents of Zr vary from 0%, 0. 04%, 0. 08%, 0. 12%, 0. 16%, Zr with 0. 08% the microstructure of the alloy changes extremely tiny, Zr with 0. 12% has the highest mechanical properties, then it decreases.
