The Connotation and Beyond of Improvisational Teaching

摘要 脚本教学的弊端呼吁即兴教学。即兴教学是指在互动式课堂中,教学行动者就各种促进其"生存和成长"的境遇即时且自发地作出反应,形成筹划并实现行动者生命可能性的教育活动。它具有即时性与敏感性、自发性与灵活性、趣味性与创造性等特点。即兴教学既非"随意性教学",亦非"教学机智"。实施即兴教学,需要改革"经验教学"传统,构建活而有序的课堂氛围,加强师生创新思维的培养。 The disadvantages of scripts teaching call for improvisational teaching. Improvisational teaching is an educational activities ,which the Teaching actors immediately and spontaneously response to varieties of situations that can prompt the teaching actors survival and development in interactive class, to form and achieve the possibilities of life. Improvisational teaching is characterized by instant and sensitivity, spontaneity and flexibility, fun and creativity and so on. In educational practice, Improvisational teaching neither "casual teaching", nor "the tact of teaching". In order to implement Improvisational teaching needs to reform the traditional "experience teaching", create living and orderly atmosphere in classroom, cultivate the teachers and the students" creative thinking.
