摘要 建立了KOH等度淋洗离子色谱法同时测定食品生产用水中氟化物、氯化物、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、硫酸盐5种阴离子的检验方法。结果表明:5种离子可在38min内检测完毕,各离子线性相关系数在0.9957~0.9999之间,检出限为0.002~0.006mg/L,回收率为97.27%~103.11%,能够满足食品生产用水这些指标的定量需求,是一种灵敏、准确、快速的理想方法。 The method for determining five kinds of anions such as F^- , Cl^- , NO2^- , NO3^- , SO4^2- in water for food production with KOH elution by ion chromatography is investigated. The results show that the five kinds of anions can be determined completely within 38 min. The correlation coefficients of calibration curve are 0. 9957~0. 9999, while the detection limits are 0. 002~0. 006 mg/L, the recoveries are 97.27%~103.11%. The method is sensitive, accurate and rapid, which can meet the quantitative requirements of these indicators of water for food production.
