煤矿综采综掘设备智能感知与控制技术研究及展望 被引量:54

摘要 阐述了煤矿智能化感知与控制具有的技术内涵,对我国综采工作面智能化远程控制开采和综掘工作面高效一体化进行了剖析。同时对国外领先的LASC技术实现的三维姿态、自动调直、水平控制功能和IMSC技术的应用情况进行了研究,并重点对国内综采设备、综掘设备智能化感知与控制新模式进行了探索。指出了综采设备的智能化开采、煤岩监测、远程控制、连续推进关键技术的重要性,同时分析了采煤机智能化感知与控制技术的关键所在;提出了综掘设备要实现智能化感知与控制的技术突破。同时针对制约发展存在的智能探测、智能决策和亟待解决的技术难题,引入实时三维GIS导航技术、机器人技术进行了展望。 The paper stated the technical connotation of the mine intelligent perception and control and had an analysis on the intelligent remote control mining of the fully mechanized coal mining face and the high efficient integration of the fully mechanized driving face in China. Meanwhile,the paper had a study on the 3D posture,automatic alignment and level control function realized with the overseas leading LASC technology and the IMSC technology application condition. The paper had a focus on the discovery on the intelligent perception and ne control mode of the domestic fully mechanized coal mining equipment and the fully mechanized driving equipment. The paper pointed out the importance of the intelligent mining of the fully mechanized mining equipment,coal and rock monitoring,remote control and key continued pushing forward technology and in detail analyzed the key points of the intelligent perception and control technology of the coal shearer. The paper provided the technological breakthrough of the fully mechanized driving equipment to realize the intelligent perception and the control technology. According to the intelligent detection,intelligent decision making and to be solved technical problems to restrict the development,an outlook was conducted on the introduction of the real-time 3D GIS navigation technology and the robot technology.
