摘要
为避免因卸灰阀运转故障导致高温煤粉在收集器内长时间堆积而引发自燃、粉尘爆炸等设备事故,在卸灰阀装置电气故障报警的基础上增加了接收脱落、联动轴断裂等机械故障报警。实践证明,该方法可有效提升收集器运行的安全可靠性,确保制喷煤系统安全、稳定运行。
Operation failure of ash valve gives rise to the accumulation of high temperature coal dust in the collector for a long time,which leads to a higher probability of spontaneous combustion,dust explosion and other equipment accidents.In order to prevent such production accident,this paper provides a introduction of mechanical breakdown alarm for receiver abscission and linkage shaft fracture based on the electrical failure alarm of ash unloading valve.Practice proves that this method effectively increases the safety and reliability of collector operation,ensuring the safe and stable operation of coal dust production and injection system.
