摘要
采用木瓜蛋白酶Q对真丝织物进行脱胶,通过改变木瓜蛋白酶Q质量浓度、pH值、温度、时间研究木瓜蛋白酶Q的脱胶性能并优化了脱胶工艺参数;在此基础上研究了天然茶皂素、卜公茶皂素、保险粉、过碳酸钠与木瓜蛋白酶Q的相容性,在保证练减率的基础上,达到去除油脂蜡质、色素等杂质的目的。结果表明:木瓜蛋白酶Q有良好的脱胶性能;天然茶皂素和保险粉与木瓜蛋白酶Q有良好的相容性,最佳精练工艺参数为:木瓜蛋白酶Q8g/L、天然茶皂素0.5g/L、保险粉2g/L、渗透剂JFC 2g/L、pH7、温度60℃、时间120min,真丝织物练减率23.05%、白度81.15、毛效10.72cm,强力损失小于20%。
For purpose of this paper,silk fabric was degummed with papain Q,and the degumming performance of papain Q was studied and the degumming process parameters were optimized by changing the mass concentration,pH value,temperature and time of papain Q;the compatibility of papain Q with natural tea saponin,bogong tea saponin,sodium hydrosulfite,and sodium percarbonate was studied on this basis,with a purpose of removing waxy oil,natural pigment,and such impurities without affecting the degumming loss percentage.The results show that papain Q has good degumming performance;natural tea saponin and sodium hydrosulfite are highly compatible with papain Q,and the best scouring process parameters are:8g/L papain Q,0.5g/L natural tea saponin,2g/L sodium hydrosulfite,JFC 2g/L penetrant,pH=7,60 ℃(temperature),120 min,degumming loss percentage of23.05% of silk fabric,whiteness of 81.15,capillary effect of 10.72 cm,and strength loss〈20%.
