摘要
以ATP为阻燃剂,探讨其对层压汽车座套面料的阻燃处理工艺。采用正交实验得到最优工艺为:焙烘温度190℃、阻燃剂质量浓度250g/L、轧余率80%、焙烘时间5min。水洗摩擦都会使阻燃剂处理织物的阻燃效果降低,但经过30次的水洗和10次摩擦后面料的阻燃效果仍能达到装饰用织物B2级标准要求。
This paper uses orthogonal experiment to get the ATP flame retardants for laminated car seat cover fabric flame retardant treatment of optimal technology,the optimal process as follow:the curing temperature 190 ℃,the concentration of flame retardant is250g/L,rolling rate is 80%,the curing time 5min.Washing friction can make flame retardant processing fabric flame retardant effect is reduced,after 30 times water washing and 10 times friction fabric flame retardant effect can still meet the requirements of decorative fabric B2 level.
