摘要
以某小型6 t反铲液压挖掘机的动臂结构为研究对象,针对挖掘机工作装置结构轻量化设计中的不足,将考虑耐久性的动臂轻量化设计方法应用到某型液压挖掘机动臂结构的设计中,最终得到了新的动臂结构。结果表明优化后的动臂结构质量减小21.7%,且结构刚度和强度符合作业要求。
The boom of a small 6 t backhoe hydraulic excavator is studied. Aiming at the deficiency of the lightweight design of excavator's working device, the lightweight design method with consideration of the durability is applied to the structure design of an excavator boom and a new boom structure is achieved. The results show that the weight of the boom is reduced by 21.7% after the optimization, and the stiffness and strength of the structure are checked and meet the requirements.
