摘要
教师专业发展是民办高校教师队伍建设中容易忽视的部分,却是教师职业生涯发展的重要部分。本文在分析民办高校教师专业发展存在主要问题的基础上,重点从政府、学校、教师三个方面探讨了如何提高教师专业发展。
Teacher professional development is the neglected part of the construction of teachers＇team in private colleges, but it is also an important part of the development of teachers＇career. This paper based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the professional development of teachers in private colleges, discusses how to improve the professional development of teachers from three aspects of the government, schools and teachers.
