Objective To explore and analyze the effects of human nursing combined with health education on clinical indicators and quality of life in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 90 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected and divided into co.ntrol group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine nursing, the observation group was treated by the humanized nursing health education. The clinical index and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the heart rate, lower blood pressure, heart rate× blood pressure and the number of angina attacks in the two groups were decreased, and the improvement of observation group was more remarkable than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). After nursing, the scores of physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function in the two groups were increased, and the improvement of observation group was more remarkable than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The human nursing combined with health education can improve clinical index and the quality of life in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
