摘要
为研究昆明市城市森林常见树种对大气氟化物的吸收净化作用的年内季节性动态变化,应用直接采样和统计分析方法,对选定的树种蓝桉Eucalyptus globulus、云南松Pinus yunnanensis、华山松Pinus armandii、圆柏Sabina chinensis在4个季节中对大气氟化物的吸收作用进行了对比分析。结果表明:(1)植物叶片中的氟化物主要来自于大气中,并且与大气氟化物含量有明显的相关性,相关系数在0.970~0.999(P<0.05)之间。大气中氟化物含量的季节性变化由高到低依次是:冬季(58μg·dm-2d-1)>春季(47μg·dm-2d-1)>秋季(31μg·dm-2d-1)>夏季(26μg·dm-2d-1),出现的最高浓度值是最低浓度值的2.23倍。(2)春季、夏季、冬季植物叶片中氟化物含量由高到低依次均为:蓝桉>圆柏>华山松>云南松;而秋季植物叶片中氟化物含量由高到低依次为:蓝桉>云南松>华山松>圆柏。春季到夏季、秋季到冬季过程中,叶片中氟化物积累量由高到低依次均为:蓝桉>圆柏>华山松>云南松;夏季到秋季过程中则为:云南松>华山松>蓝桉>圆柏。(3)大气氟化物浓度与叶片中的氟化物含量具有一元线性关系。随着季节变化,华山松对氟化物最为敏感,春季和秋季,华山松叶片的氟含量与大气氟化物含量的相关性最高;夏季为圆柏和华山松;冬季为蓝桉。在土壤生境相同的条件下,两者的相关性越高,就能更准确的指示大气氟化物浓度变化的高低,准确地评价大气环境质量。
In order to study the seasonal dynamic changes of atmospheric fluoride absorption by urban forest in Kunming, four different tree species: Eucalyptus globulus, Yurman pine, Pinus armandii, Sabina chinensis were sampled and analyzed for their fluoride absorption in four seasons. The result shows: (1) the fluoride content in plant leaf is mainly comes from the atmosphere, and has obvious correlation with atmospheric fluoride content, the correlation coefficient ranges from 0.970 to 0.970 (P 〈 0.05). The seasonal changes of fluoride content followed the order: winter (58 μg·dm-2d-1) 〉 spring (47 μg·dm-2d-1) 〉 autumn (31 μg·dm-2d-1) 〉 summer (26 μg·dm-2d-1). (2) in the four seasons, fluoride content in the leaves of eucalyptus is the highest, in addition to the eucalyptus, fluoride content in plant leaves from high to low in turn are: Sabina chinensis 〉 Pinus armandii 〉 Yunnan pine, except in autumn followed the order: Yunnan pine 〉 Pinus armandii 〉 Sabina chinensis. During the period of Spring to summer and autumn to winter, in the process of fluoride accumulation in the leaves from high to low in ann are: Eucalyptus 〉 Sabina chinensis 〉 Pinus armandii 〉 Yunnan pine; but summer to autumn is: Yunnan pine :〉 Pinus armandii :〉 Eucalyptus 〉 Sabina chinensis. (3) atmospheric concentrations of fluoride and fluoride content of leaves from has a linear relationship. With the seasons change, Pinus armandii is the most sensitive to fluoride. Pinus armandii blade fluorine content has the highest correlation to atmospheric fluoride content in spring and autumn; but Sabina chinensis and Pinus armandii in Summer; eucalyptus in winter. In the same environment conditions, the higher correlation of the two, can more accurately fluoride concentration in the atmosphere is the instructions of the change of high and low, accurately evaluate the quality of atmospheric environment.
