摘要
城市商业综合体是集商场、办公、娱乐、宾馆及相应附属设施为一体的大型综合建筑。本文对"新世界综合消费圈"的设计构思进行了理性的分析和总结,结合海派文化时代背景和社会需求,从建筑设计构思、建筑空间、立面、交通组织等方面进行论述,提出城市建筑综合体的建筑创作观念,力求达到建筑与城市相互融合与促进的效果。
Urban Entertainment Business Rim refers to hyper buildings with multiple functions say shopping mall, office, entertainment, accommodation as well as relevant affiliations. This article analyzes and summarizes design of New World Entertainment Business Rim rationally, It presents multifunctional urban architecture concept through discussion on architecture design conception, space, elevation, traffic, technology,etc. based on social demand and Shanghai-style culture background. The purpose is to achieve the effect merging architecture into urban city.
