摘要
为探讨施肥对三七种植土壤pH的调节作用及对三七生长和发病的影响,作者比较了不同施肥处理钙镁磷+三元复合肥+生物菌肥、生石灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥、草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥、三元复合肥+生物菌肥、生物菌肥和不施肥对土壤pH值、三七生长及其发病率的影响.结果表明,钙镁磷肥、生石灰、草木灰分别与三元复合肥配施能显著提高土壤pH,且不同施肥处理的土壤pH存在显著差异,表现为生石灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥>草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥>钙镁磷+三元复合肥+生物菌肥>三元复合肥+生物菌肥>生物菌肥>不施肥.出苗率、存苗率、株高和叶面积指数均表现为草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥>钙镁磷+三元复合肥+生物菌肥>生石灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥>三元复合肥+生物菌肥>生物菌肥>不施肥.钙镁磷+三元复合肥+生物菌肥、生石灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥和草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥3个处理的三七根腐病发病率无显著差异,但显著低于不施肥处理.三七根腐病发病率与土壤pH呈负相关,且在4—8月份相关性显著(p<0.05).由此可知,草木灰+三元复合肥+生物菌肥配施能显著提高三七连作土壤pH值,促进三七生长,降低其根腐病发病率.
The effects the pH of the soil on the growth and morbidity of Panax notoginseng were comparedunder different fertilization combination : CaMgP + ternary compound fertilizer + biofertilizer, quicklime + ternarycompound fertilizer+biofertilizer,plant ash+ternary compound fertilizer+biofertilizer,ternary compound fertilizer+biofertilizer,biofertilizer) and no additional fertilizer.The results showed that combined application of CaMgP,quicklime, and plant ash respectively with ternary compound fertilizer increased the pH of soil significantly.ThepH of soil with different fertilization had significant difference,which showed as follows:quicklime+ternary com-pound fertilizer+biofertilizer〉plant ash+ternary compound fertilizer+biofertilizer〉CaMgP+ternary compound fertil-izer+biofertilizer〉ternary compound fertilizer+biofertilizer 〉biofertilizer 〉no fertilizer (p 〈0.05 ) .The emergencerate,surviving rate,plant height and leaf area index behaved as :plant ash+ternary compound fertilizer+biofertili-zer〉CaMgP+ternary compound fertilizer+biofertilizer〉quicklime+ternary compound fertilizer+biofertilizer〉ternarycompound fertilizer+biofertilizer〉biofertilizer〉no fertilizer.Incidence of root rot had no significant difference a-mong the following three combination: CaMgP +ternary compound fertilizer+biofertilizer, quicklime+ternary com-pound fertilizer+biofertilizer and plant ash+ternary compound fertilizer+biofertilizer fertilization, but were obvious-ly lower than that of no fertilizer.The incidence of Panax notoginseng root rot and pH showed a significant nega-tive correlation (p〈0.05) ,especially from April to August.It could be seen that plant ash+ternary compound fer-tilizer+biofertilizer significantly improved the pH of sequential cropping soil of Panax notoginseng, promoted thegrowthof Panax notoginseng and reduced the incidence of root rot.
