摘要
受"交互记忆系统"中知识分工思想的启发,本文识别了知识分工的三种类型:集合模式、序列模式和互惠模式,探讨了每种分工模式下知识的价值实现逻辑,并由此推论出知识管理的一般原则——将基于集合与序列分工框架的知识显性化,保持互惠分工模式下知识的动态隐性。根据知识价值链上的两个环节——产品设计与生产实施,知识分工框架可以有不同的组合方式,由此可将知识管理策略划分为手工艺模式、标准化模式、团组生产模式与磨合设计模式。以团组生产模式和磨合设计模式为最佳模式,手工艺模式和标准化模式可以通过模块化设计、标准化生产、封闭化设计、细胞化生产向最佳模式转化。
Enlightened by transactive memory theory, there are three types of knowledge work division, pool interdependence, se-quential interdependence, and reciprocal interdependence. Each type has its own value realization mode and corresponding knowledge management principle. Keep tacit knowledge based on pool interdependence and sequential interdependence explicit, and keep the one based on reciprocal interdependence implicit. Design and production are the two core units of value chain, based on that, there are four kinds of knowledge management modes, craft mode, standardization mode, team-based production mode, and reciprocal design mode. The later two are ideal models, the first two can be transformed into the later two through modularizing design, standardized production, en-closure design, and team-oriented production.
