摘要
以0.90、2.20、2.78 dtex的涤纶为原料,以过滤毡结构、纤维配比、针刺密度为因素,设计正交试验方案。采用梳理成网、针刺加固工艺制备涤纶复合针刺毡,研究各因素对涤纶复合针刺毡的影响。结果表明:当针刺密度为900刺/cm2时,[15%(质量分数)0.90 dtex涤纶+35%(质量分数)2.20 dtex涤纶]/50%(质量分数)2.78 dtex涤纶的复合针刺毡的力学性能最好;当针刺密度为700刺/cm2时,[35%(质量分数)0.90 dtex涤纶+15%(质量分数)2.20 dtex涤纶]/50%(质量分数)2.78 dtex涤纶的复合针刺毡的透气性最好;所有试样对PM2.5的过滤效率均达到100%。
The orthogonal experiments were designed by taking 0. 90,2. 20 and 2. 78 dtex PET as raw materials and the filter felt's structure,fiber ratio and needle density as factors. Then the PET compound needle felts were prepared by carding netting and acupuncture reinforcing technology,and the influences of various factors on the PET compound needle felts were studied. The results showed that,when the needle density was at 900 punctures/cm^2,the compound needle felt with [15%( wt.) 0. 90 dtex PET fibers + 35%( wt.) 2. 20 dtex PET fibers]/50%( wt.) 2. 78 dtex PET fibers showed the best mechanical property; when the needle density was at 700 punctures/cm^2,the compound needle felt with [35%( wt.) 0. 90 dtex PET fibers + 15%( wt.) 2. 20 dtex PET fibers]/50%( wt.) 2. 78 dtex PET fibers showed the best air permeability; all samples showed100% in the filtration efficiency of PM2.5.
