摘要
在现代教育技术背景下,少数民族双语教育面临新的机遇和挑战。现代教育技术对双语教育发展产生着积极的影响,也是解决双语教育问题的有效途径。网络教育以资源利用最大化、学习方式灵活、教学形式个性化,以及高效率、低费用的特点,为提高双语教育成效提供了良好的平台。利用现代教育技术的优势促进双语教育发展必须注重双语教育网络资源的建设,加大双语教育信息化理论体系的构建。
Under the background of modern educational technology, ethnic bilingual education is faced with new opportunities and challenges. Modern educational technology has a positive influence on the development of bilingual education and it is an effective way to solve problems in bilingual education. Online education has provided a good platform for improving the effectiveness of bilingual education with the characteristics of maximizing the utilization of resources, flexible learning methods, individualized teaching form, high efficiency and low cost. In promoting the development of bilingual education based on the advantages of modern educational technology, importance should be attached to the construction of network resources and theoretical system of informationization.
