摘要
以废报纸(RNP)作为纤维素原料,通过氢氧化钠/尿素水溶液体系制备一种环保友好型的再生纤维素膜(RCM)。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅立叶转换红外线光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热重分析仪(TGA)等设备测试并分析了自制纤维素膜的物理形态和化学结构。傅立叶转换红外线光谱仪和X射线衍射仪测试结果表明:该膜具有纤维素Ⅱ结构;SEM观察显示,该膜具有均相密对称膜结构。本文研究有助于提升低成本纤维素制备的纤维素膜在过滤和分离系统中的应用潜力。
An environmental friendly regenerated cellulose membrane(RCM) was successfully prepared via Na OH/urea aqueous solution system by utilizing recycled newspaper(RNP) as the cellulose source. The morphological and chemical structure of resulting membrane were characterized using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction(XRD) spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Results from FTIR and XRD verified that the transparent RCM possesses cellulose II structure. SEM observation revealed that the transparent RCM consist of homogeneous dense symmetric membrane structure. This study promotes the potential of the cellulose-based membrane obtained f rom low cost cellulose source for application in filtration and separation system.
