摘要
以电力市场改革的现状为参考,提出了输配电价被平均、电网未受到市场监督两个问题。接着基于大数据的支持,明确具体发电厂与具体用户间的电能量的大小及其在电网中通过的路径后,制定了一种新的输配电成本核算方法,有效地解决了输配电价被平均的问题。并提出了在输配电价中加入输配电保险的成分,将电网纳入了市场,接受市场的经济激励与惩罚。
With the reference to the current situation in electricity market reform, this thesis focuses on two major issues: the averaged transmission and distribution price, and lack of market supervision on power grid. Then, based on the support of large data, it clarified the size of the electric energy between specific users and power station, as well as the path through which it travels in the power grid, and developed a new accounting method of the transmission and distribution price, which effectively solved the problem of the averaged transmission and distribution price. The thesis also suggests that the element of insurance be incorporated into the transmission and distribution price, and the power gird be brought into the market and aceepts the economic stimulation and punishment of the market.
