摘要
煤矿应急处理能力关系着煤矿安全生产与管理水平,意义重大.本文利用层次分析法,在充分考虑影响煤矿紧急事故处理因素的基础上,建立了4个一级指标,17个二级指标的较为完整的评价体系;针对淮北市某煤矿,利用模糊数学对各指标体系进行权重处理,评价其应急处理的合理性和有效性,对后续相关研究具有一定的参考价值.
The emergency management capacity influence the safety and management in coal mine. In this paper, building the complete evaluation system with four first - class index and seventeen secondary index on the basis of the consideration about the emergency management capacity; taking huaibei coal mine for example, confirming the weight by using the fuzzy mathematics, evaluating the rationality and validity of emergency processing, which has a certain value for the follow - up studies.
