大采高工作面压架事故分析与对策--以晋华宫煤矿为例

摘要 为了提高大采高工作面支架的有效性和安全性,根据晋华宫煤矿8218工作面的地质条件、生产工艺以及设备选型情况,介绍了8218工作面的压架事故发生过程及产生影响,并从工作面的地质条件、设备因素、生产技术角度分析了事故发生的原因,提出了大采高工作面预防压架事故的技术措施,为全面改善矿井生产环境、提高煤矿安全高效生产能力提供了技术保障。 For improving effectiveness and security of hydraulic support in large mining height working face,according to the geological conditions,production process and equipment type selection of 8218 working face in Jinhuagong Coal Mine,the occurrence and influence of support crushing accidents in 8218 working face is introduced,the cause of the accident is analyzed from 3 views of geological conditions,equipment factor and production technology. Technical measures are put forward to prevent support crushing accidents in large mining height working face,these measures may provide technical guarantee for improving the mine production environment and coal mine safety and efficient production capacity.
