摘要
本文介绍了三相电能表失压的过程,并以三相四线电能表为例,介绍了电能表失压断相后电量追补的传统方法。针对采用传统方法开展追补工作存在的弊端,提出了基于用电信息采集系统电能表失压断相追补方法,描述了该方法的数学模型、计算过程和应用实例,采用该方法后可以大幅提高电能表失压断相的电量追补精度,并有利于电量追补工作的良性开展。
A new method is proposed for analysis of make-up electric power during voltage loss of the electric energy meter based on the power user electric energy data acquire system. The article introduced the voltage loss of the three-phase electric energy meter and the traditional calculation method of make-up electric power of the three-phase four-wire meter. In view of shortcomings of the existing way, a new method based on the power user electric energy data acquire system was presented, also, its mathematical model and an application example was devised. This method can highly improve the accuracy of make-up power of three-phase electric energy meter during voltage-loss and be helpful for work of make-up electric energy.
