摘要
吹塑机是目前塑料成型的主要加工方式之一,可与基于PC的控制系统和现场总线进行通讯,提高拉膜速度和控制精度。对PROFIBUS现场总线功能层设计原则和模糊PID控制算法进行说明。采用SIEMENS WINAC软件功能块作为控制系统核心,变频器为驱动力,结合PROFIBUS现场总线,提出一种基于PC设备自动化系统和模糊PID参数算法的多层共挤塑料吹塑机现场总线控制系统设计方案,实现控制功能。最后研究了控制系统功能具体实现及调试过程。
Blow molding machine is one of the main processing of plastic molding. It can communicate with the control system based on PC and the fieldbus to improve film drawing speed and to control precision. In this paper, the function of PROFIBUS fieldbus layer design principle and fuzzy PID control algorithm were discussed. The system used SIEMENS WINAC software function block as the core control system, frequency converter as the driving force, combined with PROFI BUS. This paper proposed an algorithm based on PC equipment automation system and the fuzzy PID parameters of muhilayer co-extrusion plastic blow molding machine fieldbus control system design scheme, which could realize the control function. Finally the functions of control system implementation and debugging process were studied.
