摘要 煤与瓦斯突出矿井区域防突措施包括开采保护层和预抽煤层瓦斯两种措施。开采保护层属于卸压瓦斯抽采技术,抽采效果好,因此在煤层群开采条件下应首先采用保护层开采技术。首采层的选择对于矿井安全生产至关重要。以云南某煤矿为例,根据井田范围内煤层实际赋存情况、煤层突出危险性情况、瓦斯治理难易程度、煤层安全技术条件等方面对矿井首采层选择进行了综合分析论证,最终确定C9煤层作为矿井首采层先行开采。 Coal and gas outburst prevention techniques adopted in coal and gas outburst coal mines include exploiting protective layer and methane pre - drainage. The former one belongs to Pressure Relief Gas Drainage Techniques and has a significant effect. Therefore, it is the preferred measurement in case of coal seam group. The option of the first mined seam has a significant impact on mining safety. By taking a coal mine in Yunnan as an example, C9 seam is determined as the first mined seam according to the systematic analysis and validation of the local geological conditions, outburst risk, difficulties in dealing with the methane and safety conditions in specific seams.
