摘要
养老地产是老龄化时代的产物,作为一种复合型的地产产业,其开发运营过程中涉及众多利益主体。文章在探讨我国养老地产发展现状的基础上,从利益主体理论角度分析养老地产开发运营过程中各利益主体的利益诉求,并提出涵盖利益表达、利益分配、利益约束、利益补偿等内容在内的利益协调机制。
The real estate for the purpose of the old people caring is a product for the coming time of population aging. As a compound type industry, it involves many interest subjects in the process of business. Based on the discussion of the current situation, the in- terest claims of various subjects are discussed. The interest coordination mechanism is pro- posed from the aspects of interest expression distribution, constraint, and compensation.
