摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术前应用盐酸戊乙奎醚与否对呼吸力学的影响。方法选取40例行腹腔镜手术的病人,随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚组和对照组,观察插管后即刻、气腹建成即刻、气腹建成后10min、气腹建成后30min、气腹撤离后5min时的Ppeak、Pplat、Cdyn、Cstat、Rtot和PETCO2的变化。结果两组实验对象在年龄、身高、体重、体重指数、气腹时间方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。盐酸戊乙奎醚组各时间点的各呼吸力学参数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚对改善肺通气和肺换气功能有一定的帮助。
Objective e To observe the effects of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride on respiratory mechanics during laparoscopic surgery. Methods 40 cases of laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group and control group. The Ppeak, Pplat, Cdyn, Cstat, Rtot and PETCO2 of the patient after endotracheal intubation, the instant of pneumoperitoneum and 10, 30min after Pneumoperitoneum and 5rain after the Pneumoperitoneum stopped were observed in two groups. Results Two groups of subjects in age, height, body weight, BMI, pneumoperitoneum time differences has no statistical significance（ P 〉0.05）. Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group each time point of respiratory mechanics parameters were superior to the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Penehyclidine Hydrochloride seems can help to improve the Lung＇s function of Ventilation through the comprasion of respiratory compliance.
