摘要
高原机车牵引电机绝缘结构受到的特殊环境影响因素众多,是一个比较的复杂问题。文章分析了热因子、电因子和机械振动等内部因素及高原气候、紫外线、风沙和温差等外部因素对牵引电机绝缘结构产生影响的原理、过程和修正方式。得出高原气候对绝缘结构介电性能和温升散热的影响最为显著,需作相应修正;而紫外线、风沙和温差等对绝缘结构的影响较小的结论、为设计人员合理地选择绝缘结构和恰当地选择绝缘工艺,提供了参考。
Affective elements by the environment on the insulation construction of the locomotive traction motor operating under high altitude zone became a very complicated problem. After analyzing influence principle, course as well as modifying way to the insulation construction by such inner factors as thermal electric gene and mechanic vibration and such outer factors as altiplano climate, ultraviolet, wind sand and temperature difference, came the conclusion that the altiplano climate brought up with the most significant influence to the dielectric properties and temperature rise heat dissipation of insulation construction, needed to be modified, while the ultraviolet, wind sand and temperature difference resulted in small influence to the insulation construction. Providing reference for the designers to properly select insulation system and insulating technology.
