摘要 为了研究45钢制曲柄发生断裂以及组织中异常铁素体产生的原因,并提出改进措施,采用化学成分分析、断口扫描、金相检验、硬度测试等方法进行测试分析。结果表明,曲柄在锻造后调质前,由于工艺不当使组织中出现大量条状、针状和网状的铁素体,且一直保留到调质后,使曲柄的力学性能低于技术要求,最终导致曲柄断裂。 In order to study the causes of the cracking in the cranks and the abnormal ferrite formation in tissues of 45 steel,and to put forward some improving measures,the chemical composition analysis,fracture scanning,metallographic examination,hardness testing and so on were carried out.Results showed that before tempering,a large amount of ferrite in strip,acicular and reticular shapes was observed in the structure of forged cranks generated due to the improper process,which remained after tempering.This retained ferrite could not satisfy the technical requirement of the mechanical performance of the cranks,therefore causing the cracking of the cranks.
