摘要
服装品牌企业为快速响应市场变化,需要重视供应链信息共享。通过文献研究、专家访谈和企业调研,得到信息共享重要程度的衡量指标及权重,并构建服装供应链信息共享评价体系。根据案例企业信息共享的实际数据,运用模糊综合评价法进行评估和差异比较。研究表明:服装供应链信息共享程度受企业信息化水平、信息储存方式、信息需求变化、教育培训水平、信息传播渠道、信息技术支持等因素影响,通过构建信息共享服务平台可提升服装供应链业务流程的效率和效益。
In order to respond quickly to market changes, clothing brand enterprises need to pay attention to supply chain information sharing. Based on the literature research, expert interviews and business research, the paper obtains the key information indicators and their weights. An evaluation system was built to measure the supply chain information sharing degree. With the data of case enterprises and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper evaluated and compared the enterprises. The results show that the degree of enterprise informatization, the method to storage information, the change of enterprise's demand, the level of education and training, the dissemination channels of information, technical support can affect the sharing degree of supply chain information. The information sharing platform can improve the efficiency of the apparel supply chain.
