一株马铃薯黑痣病拮抗菌的筛选鉴定及其生长条件研究 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】为了获得对马铃薯黑痣病有拮抗效果的优良生防菌株.【方法】采用稀释平板法.【结果】从马铃薯根际土壤中筛选得到了一株对于马铃薯黑痣病病原菌立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)有良好的拮抗效果的菌株C15;抑菌率达到51.0%;通过生理生化和16SrDAN分子生物学鉴定,菌株C15为萎缩芽孢杆菌(Bacillus atrophaeus);通过对其生长条件的研究,菌株C15的生长速度较快,在接种16h以后就进入稳定期;生长的最适温度是37℃;最适pH是6~7;最适盐质量浓度是10g/L;最适氮源是酵母浸粉;最适碳源是蔗糖.【结论】菌株C15具有作为优良生防菌株的潜力. 【Objective】To obtain superior biocontrol strains antagonistic to potato black scurf.【Method】Dilution method was used.【Result】Strain C15 was screened from potato rhizosphere soil with good antagonistic effect on Rhizoctonia solani being pathogen of potato black scurf and the antibacterial rate reached 51%.Strain C15 was Bacillus atrophaeus identified by physiological and biochemical and 16 S rDAN molecular biological identification.Strain C15 grew faster and became stable after inoculation for 16 days.The optimum conditions for its growth was as follows:the temperature 37℃,pH 6~7,the salt concentration 10g/L,yeast extract powder as the nitrogen source and sucrose as the carbon source.【Conclusion】Strain C15 has excellent potential as biocontrol strains.
