摘要
癫痫是神经系统的一种常见疾病,其发病机制复杂,近年来炎性因子在癫痫发病过程中的作用引起了国内外学者的高度重视。白细胞介素10(IL-10)是一种重要的抗炎因子,在癫痫的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。IL-10主要是通过抑制凋亡、调节胶质细胞、抑制损伤性炎性因子的分泌、保护血脑屏障、调节离子通道和氨基酸递质等在癫痫中发挥着重要的神经保护作用。中枢神经系统中IL-10的分泌及调节机制复杂,了解其确切机制将为癫痫的治疗提供理论基础。
Epilepsy is a common neurological disease and its pathogenesis is complex. In recent years, the role of inflaramatoryfactors in the process of epilepsy pathogenesis has attracted great attention of the scholars. Interleukin-10 (IL-10) ,an important anti-inflammatory factor, plays an important role in the development of epilepsy. IL-IO, mainly through inhibition of apoptosis, regulation glial cells, inhibiting the secretion of inflammatory factors, protection the blood- brain barrier, regulating ion channels and amino acid transmitters, plays an vital neural protection role in epilepsy. The secrefionand regulation mechanism of IL-IO in the central nervous system is complex, and understanding its exact mecha- nisms will provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of epilepsy.
