摘要
对小麦进行硒强化是解决国民普遍缺硒的有效方法。结合国内外对小麦硒强化的研究工作,综述了硒强化对小麦籽粒相关性状、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)毒素积累和氮素累积效率的影响以及硒耐性主效数量性状位点(QTL)定位等方面的工作,并对小麦硒强化的前景和策略进行了展望。
Selenium (Se) biofortification of wheat is an effective strategy to increase Se intake of people. Based on related researches at home and abroad on Se-hiofortifieation, this paper reviewed the effects of Se-biofortification on grain related traits, DON accumulation caused by Fusarium species and nitrogen accumulation efficiency, as well as QTL mapping for Se tolerance in wheat. We also proposed the research prospect and strategies for Se-biofortification of wheat.
