摘要
目的通过分析距腓前韧带损伤患者的核磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)图像情况,对该方法在临床诊断中的价值进行评价。方法采用回顾性分析方法,以长春市人民医院2015-01至2016-12收治的97例手术诊断结果(手术组)确认为距腓前韧带损伤患者为研究对象,对比分析所有患者的MRI(MRI组)、计算机X线断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)图像(CT组)表现情况。结果 MRI组:97例患者中,各类损伤有92例,手术诊断结果与MRI诊断结果相符合率为94.85%(92/97),两组检测准确性比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.059)。CT组:97例中各类损伤患者有65例,手术诊断结果与CT诊断结果相符合率为67.01%(65/97),两组检测准确性比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。MRI图像结果发现97例患者中,Ⅲ类损伤16例,Ⅱ类损伤40例,Ⅰ类损伤41例;CT组结果发现97例患者中,Ⅲ类损伤1例,Ⅱ类损伤27例,Ⅰ类损伤69例,两种方法比较,差异具有统计学意义(Z=-4.512,P<0.001)。结论 MRI图像表现对诊断距腓前韧带损伤具有较高的准确性,具有临床参考价值。
Objective This study objective was to evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in diagnosing by analyzing the MRI images of patients with anterior talofibular ligament injury. Methods A sample of 97 cases with anterior talofibular ligament injury patients confirmed by operation (operation group) in Changchun People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were chosen as study object and were retrospectively analyzed. The results of MRI scans (MRI group) and computed tomography (CT group) scans of patients were compared. Results MRI group: of 97 patients, 92 cases showed varying degrees of damages. The coincidence rate between surgical findings and MRI diagnosis results was 94.85% (92/97), and there was no significant difference in detection aceuracy between two groups (P=0.059). CT group: of 97 patients, 65 cases showed varying degrees of damages. The coincidence rate between surgical findings and CT diagnosis results was 67.01% (65/97), and the difference in detection accuracy between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.001). The MRI image showed that of 97 patients, 16 cases were of grade m, 40 of groat n and 41 of grade Ⅰ. While the CT group showed that of 97 patients,Ⅰ was of grade Ⅲ , 27 of grade Ⅱ and 69 of grade Ⅰ.The difference between two methods was statistically significant (Z=-4.512, P〈0.001). Conclusions MRI imagery is of higher accuracy in diagnosing anterior talofibular ligament injury, and has clinical reference value.
