摘要
针对房柱采空区下特厚煤层开采覆岩垮落运移引起冒顶压架的灾害问题,以斜沟煤矿13号煤层大采高放顶煤工作面为工程背景,运用相似模拟试验,对房柱式采空区下特厚煤层开采覆岩垮落特征进行分析。研究结果表明:底煤开采过程中有着明显的顶煤初次垮落,直接顶初次垮落,基本稳定在0.23 m(23 m)左右;进出煤柱时,压力较大,围岩破碎严重,且可能与老采区裂隙带贯通造成突水、瓦斯突出等事故。研究结果可为了类似条件下覆岩垮落规律提供依据和参考。
The collapsing and moving of overburden rock during mining super-thick seam under the goaf with pillars may cause the supports crushing. Aimed at this disaster, a caving mining face with large mining height in No. 13 coal seam of Xiegou coal mine was taken as the engineering background, and the collapsing characteristic of overburden rock in above mining condition was analyzed by similar simulation tests, The results showed that during mining the bottom coal, there was an obvious phe-nomenon of initial caving of top coal, and the initial caving of direct roof occurred when the working face basically advanced a- bout 0.23 m(23 m). During closing to and leaving coal pillars, the pressure was large and the surrounding rock was severely broken, which may connect with old mining fissure zone and result in a series of disaster such as water inrush and gas outburst. The results could provide basis and reference for the collapsing characteristic of overburden rock under similar condition.
