摘要
目的探讨N0级护士参与分层情景培训的情感体验,为医院管理者培养优秀护理人才提供参考依据。方法运用现象学研究法,采用目的抽样法,对6例参与分层情景培训的N0级护士进行半结构式访谈,获取的资料运用Colaizzi 7步法进行整理、分析。结果经分类、归纳、提炼出3个主题:(1)理论知识内化的认知;(2)护理服务理念的深化;(3)自身综合能力的提升。结论分层情景培训有助于N0级护士提升多方面的能力水平,有助于树立正确的人生观,促使其快速成长利于日常护理工作的稳步开展,促进人性护理服务的深化落实,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the emotional experience of NO nurses participating in stratified situation training, and to provide reference for hospital administrators to train excellent nursing personnel. Methods Using the phenomenological research method and purposive sampling method, semi-structured interviews were conducted among 6 NO nurses participating in stratified situation training. The data obtained were analyzed by Colaizzi 7 step method. Results Three themes were classified, summarized and extracted: (1) the cognition of the internalization of theoretical knowledge; (2) deepening the concept of nursing service; (3) promoting the comprehensive ability of oneself. Conclusion Stratified scene training is helpful for NO nurses to enhance aspects of the ability level, to establish a correct outlook on life, to promote the steady development of rapid growth for the daily nursing work, to promote and deepen the implementation of the humanized nursing service, to improve the satisfaction of patients.
