摘要 从人体运动链的视角观察人体功能动作的训练,分析讨论了功能动作训练中的动作代偿、弱链等问题;运用筋膜链的相关理论,对核心力量与稳定性在功能性训练中的作用,及开链-闭链在转链环节时出现弱链及损伤的原因进行分析,并提出"转链"是动作代偿和弱链重要节点的观点.丰富了功能性体能训练相关的理论,对预防运动损伤和提高训练有效性方面都有积极的意义. From the perspective of body kinematic chain to observe the human body function training, this paper discusses problems such as motion compensation and weak chain in the functional movement training. Using theories about fascia chain to analyze the effect of core strength and stability in function training and discuss the reasons of weak chain and sports injuries when transfer chain happens between open chain and closed chain. After thorough discussion about the function of core strength in the whole body kinematic chain, this paper puts forward the opinion that "transfer chain" is an important node in mo- tion compensation and weak chain, which enriches the related functional physical fitness training theories and has a positive significance in preventing sports injuries and enhancing training effectiveness.
