数字化X线牙片与CBCT诊断牙根纵裂的敏感度及特异性对比 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨数字化X线牙片与CBCT诊断牙根纵裂的敏感度及特异性差异。方法:选取我院2014年6月~2015年6月期间入院接受治疗的牙根纵裂患者60例,均分别采用数字化X线牙片及CBCT检查,对其敏感度和特异性进行对比分析,探讨两种检测方法的有效性。结果:CBCT对牙根纵裂的诊断敏感度和特异度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用CBCT检测牙根纵裂可以更精确地进行诊断,相比X线牙片具有更高的敏感度和特异度,从而在牙根纵裂的诊断中有更高的应用价值。
