摘要
二元复合驱现已成为三次采油技术研究的新方向,由于普通稠油粘度高,二元复合驱研究较少。本文辽河油田普通稠油油藏H1块为研究对象,在室内开展了二元复合驱提高采收率研究。首先,通过对聚合物理化指标检测,筛选出了适合该区块聚合物P_(2500);然后通过对四种表活剂界面性能进行评价,筛选出了两种表活剂W1、L2。为了确定地下最佳工作粘度,开展了不同油水粘度比的增油效果物模评价,确定了最佳粘度比为1.5。最后结合聚合物粘-浓曲线,确定二元复合体系配方为:0.18%P_(2500)+0.20%L2。室内驱油实验表明:驱油效率比水驱提高27.36%,具有良好的增油效果。
Surfactant/polymer (S/P) flooding system has become a new trend in the research of tertiary recov- ery technology. There was few researches of S/P flooding focus on heavy oil because of the high viscosity. In Liaohe Oilfield, H1 heavy oil reservoir was taken as the research object, and experimental study on EOR of S/P flooding has been carried out in the laboratory. Firstly, the polymer P2500 was selected by evaluation; two kinds of surfactants were selected out by determining the interfacial tension. In order to determine the optimum working viscosity, the physical model evaluation of was carried out, and the optimum viscosity ratio is 1.5.Finally, according to the viscos- ity-concentration curve of polymer, the recommended formula S/P compound system is: 0.18%P2500+0.20%L2.The flooding experiment proved that : the oil recovery was 27.36 percentage points higher than that of water flooding, which has an obvious oil-increase effect.
