摘要
采用硬脂酸对碱式硫酸镁晶须进行了表面处理,通过正交试验法确定了最佳处理条件:硬脂酸用量为3%,处理温度为50℃,处理时间为30 min,pH值为5。在最佳条件下处理晶须后的活化指数可达95.93%。红外光谱显示硬脂酸与晶须表面既有物理吸附也有化学吸附。
Basic magnesium sulfate whiskers were treated by stearic acid, and the optimum experiment conditions were determined through orthogonal test: the stearic acid dosage 3%, the treatment temperature 50℃ and the treatment time 30 min, pH value 5. Under the optimal conditions, the activation index of the treated whiskers reached 95.93%. Moreover, analysis of FT-IR showed that the interaction between the whisker and stearic acid interface included both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.
