摘要
研究以苦菜为材料,研究0.6%、0.8%、1.0%的NaCl盐溶液胁迫处理对苦菜幼苗膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,0.6%、0.8%、1.0%的NaCl盐溶液胁迫处理后苦菜幼苗的MDA、H2O2含量,SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性均有变化;盐胁迫后的第10d、第15d时,以上的各项指标均达到峰值,在0.8%、1.0%NaCl盐溶液胁迫下,其各项指标显著高于对照。结果显示,在0.8%、1.0%NaCl盐溶液胁迫处理下,苦菜幼苗通过激活防系统,降低膜脂过氧化的水平,提高苦菜幼苗对盐胁迫的耐受能力。
The effects of 0.6%, 0. 8%, 1.0% NaC1 stress on the membrane lipid peroxidation were investigation in Sonchus oleracers L. seedings. The results showed that the content of MDA and H202 appeared to increased;the antioxidant enzymes such as SOD ,POD,CAT and APX activity were also increased, and they were higher than CK obviousy under 0.8% ,1.0% NaC1 stress. This result showed : It raised the antioxideant ability of seedlings under salt stress and the salt resistance was improved.
