摘要
介绍尿素溶液处理对纤维素结晶结构的影响,利用X射线衍射仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪表征处理后纤维素结晶度,晶面尺寸,横截面积以及纤维素内部氢键的变化。研究结果表明:经过尿素溶液处理后,纤维素的结晶度和晶面尺寸随着尿素溶液浓度的增大先增加后减小。通过对高斯分峰拟合法的分析得出尿素溶液处理破坏了纤维素非结晶区内部分子内氢键,但纤维素的晶型不发生改变,仍为纤维素Ⅰ型。
The influence of urea solution pretreatment to cellulose crystal structure is investigated in this study. The degree of crys- tallinity, crystal size, cross sectional area of crystalline grain and the variation of hydrogen bonding in cellulose were measured by X - ray diffraction and Fourier infrared spectroscopy respectively. The results show that both degree of crystallinity and crystal size are firstly increasing and then decreasing with the increasing urea solution concentration. The Gaussian peak fitting reveals that the urea solution destroys the intramolecular hydrogen bonds in cellulose non - crystaline. The cellulose crystal form has never changed, it is still cellulose.
